#1 Our purpose
Takemypics.com is a website dedicated to providing free photographs to use by anyone for any use they so deem. There are no catches. Simply copy any image in any of the galleries and use it or them as you desire. Yes, you can redistribute them, use them on your own website, print them sell them, hang them on your livingroom wall I just don’t care, they are yours. You do NOT have to mention were you got it or them as the case may be, (although it would be greatly appreciated if you mentioned takemypics.com).
Simply click on any image you like then right click on the image and choose “save as” then save it to the location you desire.
as I mentioned there are no catches. But you must be fair as well the only thing you cannot do is to claim copyright to anything you find here on takemypics.com.
Meaning that if you use an image then you must allow anyone to use it as well.
#2 Our terms ( which are next to nothing )
So basically here is the breakdown of the rules

Sell them. Just remember that you cannot copyright it, if someone else wants to use it they are fully allowed to do so. I hold the copyrights and I say they may be used by all.
Copy as many images as you would like to have. Take it all if you like. Just do it one by one please don’t copy the entire page because it slows the bandwidth for anyone else. Thank you.
Use them on your website
Use them for your business
Use them for any personal use
decorate your house with them
You may digitally alter the images to use as you so desire
You can also participate this is the best part of takemypics.com you can send in your own images and they just might be seen here later.
Of course please do realize that by sending your images you relinquish any and all rights to that image. And please also be aware that all images that are used here will be subject to the same use as all the rest of the images found at takemypics.com. Meaning basically that they will be open source. Which is to say anyone may use them but may not claim ownership of the images.
I also express my personal guaranty that I will never selfishly disallow the use of any image and relinquish any rights of use to any image that you send here to takemypics.com.
The fact that you have sent these images expresses that you desire the image or images in question to also be open source.
Request an image
You can also make requests. We do not promise a next day service or anything of the sort. But if you e-mail a request for a certain type of photograph then check back at takemypics.com you might be surprised to find that image, maybe even sooner than you expected.
If you leave your e-mail I just might send it right to you. And if you express your consent we may make a statement about your request here on the actual site.
Its all free. So just like all free things there are no guarantees. But we’ll try our best to get to your request.
The only rules for the requests are the same as those for sending in images so please take a moment to read them.
There are only a few rules concerning the images that you send in and or request.
All images MUST be your sole property. You must have exclusive rights to it in order to be able to relinquish authority to others for use of the image(s)
It is preferred if you send low resolution images. The reason is that they take up less bandwidth which makes it both faster to download and upload. And since most of these images are likely to be used on a website then low resolution images are ideal.
Please do not send images that depict locations that are prohibited for redistribution. This includes but is not limited to:
Restaurants. Yes it is illegal to take photographs of the inside of restaurants for redistribution.
Trade marked locations showing logos or other trademarked objects. For example, a photo of your friend is OK but on the other hand the photo of your friend drinking a little well known red can of soda is not. Similarly some locations do not like the redistribution of images concerning their location so check to see the specifics of each location. Some places love the free advertisement some do not, and yet others have specific rules so please follow their rules
Please no criminal images. By this I mean not even images were you and your friends are pretending to commit any type of crime, even if it is obviously just a funny joke. So Please DO NOT SEND NOR REQUEST ANYTHING ILLEGAL
No incriminating photos either. Send those to a newspaper or something.
No celebrities. Unless you are the celebrity or you own exclusive rights to the redistribution of that image and do not mind sharing it for free.
Nothing disgusting, revolting, nauseating, sick or disturbing. We’re about PG-13 rated here. And we will report any child porn to the proper authorities and help with any prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
Yes you can send in and or request images about just about anything, even if they do not fit into any of the categories offered here
Please above all just have fun with it.
